I think the people who should feel most embarrassed at FRA, are the Germans! The place is a zoo by all accounts. Boarding time = Survival of the fittest, and that's when the stupid rotating doors don't jam.

Miscommunication about the delay could have been the fault of the terminal management and/or lounge attendants, of which I would not be surprised at FRA.
