Location: Usually to be found either at home in Surrey or travelling around Europe.

Programs: BA Gold, BD Gold , Hilton Gold, Priority Club Gold, Marriott Silver

I did this recently when my wallet was lost.

DVLA faxed entitlement directly to Avis who accepted with no questions.

Might be worth calling the rental desk and advising them that fax is on the way.
