I have enough miles for 3 round trips so I may just use that for 3 and buy 3 more tickets for the rest. Maybe even have some fly some other airline that may be cheaper at the time.

I am more worried now that my sister gets to a point where she cant travel and we have to cancel all the tickets and we get screwed by delta or something with cancelation fees and redeposit fees etc.
