I have an award stay next month that was originally booked at the Hilton in Papeete. HHonors notified me that the award stay will be honored at the Manava. Has this been a seemless process for those that have already done this? Or will I encounter confusion at the Manava?

I have tried contacting the Manava only to have my phone calls dumped into their voice mail.
