For a non Amex flyer like myself (who can't get the $25 pass), is this a decent deal for Tokyo Narita? I will be there in November with a 3 hour layer going and a 5 hour coming back. Last time, I just sat in the terminal, had some McDonald's, and killed time.

Is the Tokyo Sky Club decent? Do they have showers or anything? Just drinks (I assume non-alcoholic drinks too) and appetizers and WiFi?

I assume the PDX thing is meaningless isn't it? I live in Detroit and fly out of DTW.

Are these transferable if my trip gets canceled?

Is there a better way to get a pass?
