The minibar Coke, I can understand. The toothbrush, though, I'm confused about.
I found the late charge for a coke also a bit ridicuous, as I stayed at clubfloor, with free soft drinks all day and diamond food+drink amenity in room.
It turned out the toothbrush was a payable kit in the minibar. Think theres something special with disposable items in South Korea actually.
