If you say so..... though in my experience, I've never had an automated response that had a person's name at the bottom (which this did). Also, the ability of their automated response system to automatically parse the text of my message and discern what it was about - which was only in the body of the message - and specifically refer to that in the body of their response, was pretty impressive. :-)
