Your info is amazing! Where do you find this stuff. I'm still trying to get a hold of how to use this 10K award assuming it's RT. The link to fewmiles says you can use it to upgrade from any coach ticket that doesn't require an advance purchase. I guess this means full fare coach, which is expensive - but at least you get the jump to first (bypassing biz), no?
