If you still have 30,000 old miles left, they can be used for 2 roundtrip FC upgrades that includes Premium class on 3 class flights. It is, I believe the 30A award. The only problem is finding a supervisor who can find the star file to show that the upgrade is indeed to Premium class.It can take 20-30 minutes on the phone but is worth it.
