Cancellation
Adult and children are non-refundable at all times. Before departure, infants are fully-refundable. Once travel has commenced, infant fare also becomes non-refundable; may be used as a credit toward payment of another Air New Zealand fare provide the new fare is greater or equal to the value available for exchange. For no-shows, the ticket value is forfeited and the ticket cannot be used towards further travel or rebooked for an alternative travel date.
