Actually, if you travel on low economy domestic tickets and estimate your traveling correctly, it's 300% points...

(Each roundtrip gives 600 extra points in the planning promo IIRC, with a gain of only 300 points on a domestic RT in discount Y. Ok, 360/380pts with EBS/EBG...)
