Looking forward to being able to compare the two when my wife and I fly CX F later this month. Flew the new UA F earlier this year and it's a definite improvement on the old F. But I suspect I'll agree with what's already been said here, except for the praise for CX J food, which I find kind of mediocre. One thing I'll add is that it's much less likely that the CX FA's in the F galley (or in any cabin's galley, for that matter) will talk loudly and otherwise be oblivious to disturbing their passengers than some (though not all) of their UA counterparts are.
