As the previous poster hinted, there is absolutely no comparison.
Just to briefly summarize:
Hard product
CX F offers a far wider and more private F seat (not quite like the suites of EK and SQ, but still miles ahead of the UA F seat).
Soft product
CX J defeats UA F in terms of meals, amenity kits, and blankets/pillows, so imagine how far ahead CX F is... (and unlike UA F, you will even be given a sleep suit).
Overall, there are zillions of reasons why CX is a 5-star airline while UA remains a mediocre 3-star airline.
