If you fly to HKG regularly, you should know HKG duty free shop actually has low cig price as well, I heard it is even a little cheaper in PEK and PVG.

Actually I find Japan is expensive for duty free cigarettes, normally around 4,000 yen or more for marlboros. When was the last time you saw 2,000 yen ?
