Almost passed on staying here due to the poor reviews (tripadvisor had many more positives). Overall had a good experience and would definitely rate it at least 3.5 stars. Room was older, but had nice carpeting, LCD TV and no popcorn ceiling.

My experience at this "Waldorf Astoria" property was that it was nicer than many of the Hiltons that I have stayed at.
