The answer is... it depends. I've flown AA69 and had it be a two class plane with Y pax in J. I've also experienced it as a 3 class due to cabin loads inbound from MAD. I'm not sure if a mileage upgrade to J on MAD-MIA entitles you to F or if it's even possible to do a sticker upgrade on the domestic portion (only ever flown the route in F). If you can, it's worth it. After dealing with MAD, the flight, and transiting the hell that is MIA, relaxing in a Flagship suite for two hours is wonderful. The one upside to AA69 is that it arrives when customs isn't particularly busy so the lines shouldn't be too horrendous.

Also, if you don't mind getting to DFW earlier and spending (quite a bit more) time in MIA, there's a 763 MIA-DFW (IIRC it's flight 1614) if you'd prefer that to the 757. When I last flew it, it was a 3 class aircraft but it may have been reconfigured.
