My biggest pet peeve is why Delta (and other airlines) don't cut back on the recline angle the seats (in coach) are able to go back to. If the joker in front of me reclines fully, I will be assured a miserable trip. Many times I try to negotiate civilly with that person during boarding. I myself recline only 1-2 inches in consideration for the person behind me as well!

If they want to squeeze in the max seats and make the pitch so small, can't they at least reduce the recline angle so that folks over 5'9" can breathe for several hours?
