As a Delta PM commuting FLL to LAX I have had my share of exit row "bench" seats. This morning, I flew Virgin America...WOW those seats are amazing - even in coach..and the FAs - well,that's another story! I will remain loyal to DL, but they have to invest some $ in seat technology.
