I don't understand why no one could call an agent that was at the Gate (she called Plat and Plat said everyone was at the gate)...they have phones at the gate, agents get phone calls there all the time.

But I agree if she was there 15 minutes BEFORE check-in was supposed to close, while not ideal she was still there BEFORE it should have closed.
