ok,this is the op i appreciate your responses,i was 15 mins before check-in closes,and i tried being there the recommended 2 hrs.,well as for the this issue-i already spoke to customer relations and they told me that it is in the compute that i checked in 2 hrs after the flight left so i was late,i told him that i never checked in since i had lap child, i needed an agent-and i never got one...we are realizing that maybe that horrible supervisor needed to save face for not having anyone at check-in,so she checked me in while i was speaking to her,she had my information-i gave it to her,i told the customer relations dept. about this-they dont think they will help me out-since it is documented that i checked in 2 hrs after the flight left.well this is getting serious,and i am pursuing this further,he offered me a voucher for the return ticket which is not much compared to the miles i spent-so i told him thats not what i want but the miles back...
