Oddly enough, my mom is in DFW today (and I was planning to be there for some time until plans changed). I wasn't alive at the time, but I watched videos on YouTube about the accident. What a terrible way for a bird to end it's life. Obviously that flight shouldn't have been attempting to land - should've aborted. But the past is the past, and there is nothing that can be changed about it.
