was returning last week from yyc to dfw,and it was the last flight of the day, i came 75 mins before the flight-(i bungled up directions to the airport-and rental car return took more time then expected.)anyways i couldnt print my boarding pass myself cuz i was with a lap child-so basically was there 15 mins before the check-in closes and no one from aa was there-called aa plat desk-said they cant get thru to anyone-they were all at the gate-so i had nothing to do but wait 3 hrs for the supervisor to come-she was horrilbly unhelpful,so i had to book a new ticket and wait till the next morning and spend 50k for two one ways for me and wife...what to do now-who to talk to
If you arrived at the ticket counter at T-15, you were late checking in. No one else to blame.
Did it really take three hours to talk to a supervisor? You said she was "horribly unhelpful"--what was the tone of that conversation?
What to do now? Consider it a lesson learned and allow more time to get to the airport just in case you run into delays like you encountered.
