I had a great discussion with the Food and Beverage manager named Philippe (from France) regarding my stay, as I had several issues from a previous post and new issues with a wake-up call and housekeeping.

He went above and beyond to make sure the rest of my stay is as enjoyable as possible offering dinner for my wife and I and upgrading us to a suite. The management team conducted a beach cleaning the day after my comments were sent and are in the process of purchasing a machine from Spain to ensure the beach is always as clean as possible. Regarding eggs in the lounge, they wanted to add the egg station like in Sanur, but they do not have space on the buffet or in the lounge. Philippe is the one that created the egg station in Sanur. He felt genuinely concerned regarding my comments and was very interested on how to improve going forward.



So I am glad to say that my issues have been addressed and I feel that this issues should not arise in the future.
