just to be sure (I didn't find a clear answer using search!), I'll be on SQ FRA-SIN-KUL-SIN-FRA in J (on 77W ) this week.

I guess, there is ALWAYS a vegetarian and/or seafood option from the menu?

I'm aware of special meals (which usually are not as good as the "regular meals") as well as "book the cook" but would prefer to choose from the menu, if you don't recommend different.
