The destinations that are not available through sky miles (zero availability for any class) are Terrace, BC (YXT) and Smithers, BC (YYD). The UA Mileage Plus "supervisor" in India told me that these destinations are outside the UA Star Allaince service area. I was checking availabiity on the AC website and ExpertFlyer.com- it appears that there is lots of availability daily.
