I was responding to your earlier comment. If you believe that being $300 higher than one carrier, even though 7 other carriers are $300-$600 higher than that one low-priced carrier shows that AA is "... so high and far ahead of the competition", please tell me what you're smoking, so I can avoid it.

1) My point is that citing even 30 fares over one month for one specific route does not prove that AA fares throughout the system are generally "so high and far ahead" of everyone else's, especially given that
2) as I stated earlier, I found several dates during your sample period where AA fares were NOt the highest, not even close. (Sure, I only posted one example, but imo there was no need to post more. More wouldn't have proved that AA's fares are always lower than at least some other carriers any more than your examples prove they are not.)
3) Yes, even though I don't think your samples seem any more revealing, we
can agree that a Fall/Winter sale would be nice.
