The short answer is that there is no provision for direct transfer of miles between FF programs. What is possible some times is to first transfer miles to another loyalty program (e.g., hotel or CC) that has reciprocal point/mile transfer agreement with more than one FF programs (in this case with both UA and AC), and from there you can transfer points to miles in the desired FF program using the established mile<->point conversion factors.
