As a big guy I struggle with #2 as you almost have to open the door and pop your head out for the extra room. This in itself causes concern to fellow passenegers so I try and plan those visits strategically prior to bording. Although last month between Madrid and Lisbon on a TAP flight, unexpected delays kept us on the plane a little longer than planed and well, I think the honeywagon agent will be surprised!
