How to get a BA codeshare on Alaska Airlines?
Forgive me if this is in the wrong thread and I did search, honest!

I'm looking to book a flight on Alaska Airlines, and wondered how to get it booked with a BA codeshare prefix for the flight number.

Is it possible book a codeshare in isolation, or must there be a connecting BA flight?
