  • As stated on aa.com, with bags you need check in by T-60. Less than that, and you are on the next available flight with the change fee charged. (I seem to recall reports that in the past that the fee was sometimes waived.)
  • Without checked bags, OLCI and go straight to the gate. aa.com says you must be there by T-30. I suppose boarding could be complete by T-30, but I have never known it to be complete that soon, so T-20 should be OK.
