It's listed on the Silver tab of the About HHonors page. Gold and Diamond include all the benefits of silver membership, plus the other perks.

Thanks. Seems very poorly designed to me - a Diamond benefit that you have to go to Silver to see! The 2007 Member Guide was very clear (via a table) as to what benefits were for which level.
