The trouble with the website is that (AFAIK) you can't choose your fare class; you either get "lowest price" or "flexible"; and if the flights aren't busy, these are likely to be the extremes (J ex-UK, and I). You'll need to call BA to book into a specific fare class so you can choose your conditions.
However, ex-NL I'm surprised you aren't being quoted J, C and D class if you ask for fully flexible, i.e. some flights you'd expect to cost less than others depending on load, and I didn't think D was so much more expensive than I.
Are you booking ex-UK or ex-NL, and what dates are you looking at?
