Having a quick poke around in fare rules, it looks to me like if you buy ex-NL, you might find the following:-

J class - fully flexible for canx and change
C class - fully flexible for canx and change
D class - fully flexible for canx and change
R class - canx €200 charge, change €200 charge
I class - canx not permitted, change €350 charge

Ex-UK fares:-

J class - fully flexible for canx and change
C class - canx £200 charge, change £200 charge
D class - canx £200 charge, change £200 charge
R class - canx not permitted, change not permitted
I class - canx not permitted, change not permitted

Will one of those combinations suit you?
