I was picking the wife up at LaGuardia on Thursday evening and was totally astounded at the masses of luggage sitting on the floor in baggage claim all lined up. Most of which had no purpose being in LGA, they were tagged for destinations you can't get to from LGA, both domestic and international.

I wouldn't give up yet, I think luggage just went all over the place randomly because of the delays and weather issues on Thursday. I also wouldn't get my hopes up yet, but eventually they may sort through everything and get bags back moving to the people who should have them again.
