I'd be putting $4K USD/Mo on the card
From what I read the KF card is not open to Indian citizens from CCU!?
The miles on both would expire after 12 months regardless of use

My goal would be to stack miles like crazy and redeem them later on, 24 mos +

From what I read KF = 1 Mile per dollar (basically) + spend rewards, 9W 2 Miles per dollar but no bonuses.

KF does offer Gold status which may be good if they go OW and I need lounge access stateside?

As a final question, how do these airlines calculate "million miles", via BIS or total earned (just a longshot question)
