Indeed, ask it to be reissued. I have always had to ask to have the ticket reissued; it has never been processed automatically. Even with the re-issue of the tickets, I've never been able to OLCI and at the ticket counter they still have to do something in the system -- kiosk check-in doesn't work.

DL really needs to get the SWU process automated!
