Should I ask for ticket re-issue via SMS or attempt OLCI and determine whether there's a problem. Customer Service said everything looks good, but posts from other members indicate recent difficulties.
Agree with previous posters. I had a terrible experience on a recent journey due to a similar issue and the inability of Gate Agents to deal with it. It cost me my precious time, and cost Delta a travel voucher for the inconvenience I incurred. So please settle this with CS before you depart.
