Have you considered Continental?

Checked a random september-return and go 4771 DKK as lowest fare (W=25%), 5496DKK (Q=100%) both CPH-EWR-MCO.

If you go to continental.com, advanced search they have an input field for booking-classes: "Enter specific classes of service:"

CPH-MIA in V can be found for 4418 DKK via BRU (CPH-BRU is with SN) and 767-400 across the water to EWR
