FlyingPharaoh - writing as someone who, taken together with my wife, is flying into/out of CAI on average once every two-three weeks I have to record my appreciation at a tremendously interesting series of posts. A big 'thank you'.

The scary thing, for me at least, is that I've been flying through CAI on business since before the (now closed for renovations) T2 was even built; i.e. more than a quarter of a century ago!
