I booked a single fare from Munich West-Stansted using my UK sterling prepaid Mastercard to avoid the rip-off charges from our favourite Irish airline.

When the booking process was completed, Ryanair had converted the €uro fare to sterling before charging my card. The forex rate they used was 5% more expensive than the rate I could buy on the same day. In this case I paid approx a £5 sterling supplement.

Anybody else experienced this?
