Intl Upgrade with SWU Certificates
Wondering if anyone has recent experience with SWUs. My current itinerary shows Business/First Class Seating (G/Z), however the receipt still shows B class coach. Further, the SWU certificates still show as open on delta.com.
Should I ask for ticket re-issue via SMS or attempt OLCI and determine whether there's a problem. Customer Service said everything looks good, but posts from other members indicate recent difficulties.
