i don't think so. I regularly re-qualified with 125k while living in China last year. when I moved to Germany May this year and changed the address, suddenly validity showed 2011 instead of 2013. So I "moved back" to China immediately (before the physical move in August) and it jumped back to 2013 next day....
so in my experience it should be the end of the qualification period (or maybe there just is a computer glitch)

why don't you book on the appropriate country site without logging in, and then add it to "might flights" later to get the FF number in? works just fine!
