I've never tried it, but, like the previous poster, I seriously doubt this will work, as a lap infant's status will not reflect anywhere. The lap infant is noted in the record as an annotation to the adult, as opposed to being a full member of the traveling party. If you were to buy her a seat it would absolutely work out.
