Sq Krisflyer Lounges Changi

Hi Guys
Flying with LH on a C ticket - ADL-SIN on SQ then SIN-FRA on LH
Im UA Premeier Exec
So can I use the SilverKris lounges in Ter 2 and Ter 3? I am aware and have used the Sq KrisGold lounge but prefer the SilverKris lounges esp Ter 3
