You better call the hotel first thing in the morning. If you read Priceline's fine print, if you fail to show up and check in the first night, the hotel has the right to cancel the entire reservation. Check online, but I know for a fact this is stated in writing somewhere.
Explain to the hotel what happened and that you would like them to keep your reservation in tact. Note the name of the person you talk with.
Thanks, I called Priceline and their automated system told me that, and even gave me the number to call. I called the hotel and they made a note in my reservation. I didn't get a name, though.
