This is a dumb question, but:
Prompted by the change in redemption value, I want to convert a stack of vouchers coming in the August statement. Its the first time I'll be doing a conversion.
Here's the dumb question: my understanding is that once I have the paper vouchers sent, that I do an online conversion (at the Tesco site), rather than sending them anywhere by post.
Is that correct? I'll only have a few days to do the conversion, so want to understand it beforehand
