Is there anything stopping them from flying inter-mexico or central american flights from T3? Obviously customs might get weird but if you are only connecting in CUN do you have to go through customs on each leg?

Like I said I have no idea if this is feasible, but they might be able to fly to some more interesting destinations that might not fill a A319 but could fill an E90.
