I think Belize and Montego Bay could be good markets. While not mentioned, Punta Cana might be a good seasonal market to run from Milwaukee.
It's somewhat disappointing to see Frontier only focusing on the leisure destinations. I really think Mexico City could work from MCI with feed from both DEN and MKE. In fact, I believe MCI is even willing to offer subsidies for any airline willing to initiate service.
Queretaro (in Central Mexico) might also be a good destination with the E170. There are a lot of American companies with operations there and flights in general are limited.
