Now I know that many people book summer hols a long time in advance, but given the length this saga has been dragging on, many will have done so after the dispute first reared its head, so I was cheered that Joe Public and family do not seem to have deserted BA in droves as often predicted ^
That is encouraging to hear and surely welcome news for BA. Some of those pax will have had friends on flights during the previous strike days, who will have told them that everything went as normal and they therefore decided to stick with BA.
