T5 was heaving yesterday - by far the busiest I have seen it since opening (although all the holiday punters randomly milling around may have made it feel even more crowded than it was ). Now I know that many people book summer hols a long time in advance, but given the length this saga has been dragging on, many will have done so after the dispute first reared its head, so I was cheered that Joe Public and family do not seem to have deserted BA in droves as often predicted ^
